The sustainable data center industry could be the star of the Finnish economy

The data center industry has a crucial position in building a sustainable digital society. In our modern world, data means everything, and without sustainable and efficient data centers this world would stop running and evolving.

In Finland, the data center industry aims to become even greener and more efficient. Finland is a perfect location for data centers, because of its stable conditions, cool climate, modern data networks, and skilled workforce.

According to many estimates Finland has a possibility to become one of the world’s main hubs for the data center industry, and this could also contribute substantially to the growth of the Finnish economy. By 2025 the data center business in Finland could account for 33,000 jobs with an economic impact of 3 billion euros.
